Our mat-work and small apparatus-based exercises use unique sequences of movements that help you to focus on connecting mind and muscles in harmony.

4Q Classes:

This is your ultimate class for balanced fitness training.  Always different, lots of fun and a great challenge whatever your fitness levels.

The 4Q, (short for 4 Quadrants) Fitness Classes is an inclusive programming approach, with the appropriate amount of variability, to promote health through exercise while still achieving specific fitness goals.

The class will give you:

  • 4 Quadrant variations of intensity – for cardio-vascular health, promotion of hormonal balance, and reduced risk of overuse exercise injuries
  • 4 Quadrants of movement – delivering exercises both unloaded and loaded in lineal and multi-directional patterns for tissue variability for health and resilience.

Suspension Training Classes:

You will love the fun of suspension training. Fantastically versatile for all ages and fitness levels. It can give you the edge over conventional strength training because every single exercise builds:

  • True functional strength,
  • Dynamically trains in all 3 planes of movement,
  • Improves flexibility,
  • Builds balance and,
  • Core stability, all at once.
