As Covid 19 shut down the Bridge to Brisbane Run this year, we opted for a 5 Week Run/Walk Fitness Challenge. The 2020 Team of fabulous, fitness focused participants, have recently finished their personal challenge to increase their regular weekly exercise. This included our weekly early Sunday waterfront workouts, followed by a walk, or run along the foreshore. Standouts were the location with Waterloo Bay sparkling in the sunrise, the tasty and healthy brekkie treats from Coach Di, inspired by the PH360 Recipes for Health, and those slightly evil choreographed squat tracks for our legs!!
