The Studio evolved in demand for an exercise space more conducive to delivering health strategies which enhance, and support fitness training results. It is always clean, comfortably air-conditioned and located in a pleasant garden setting. It has been specially designed for Personal Training 1 on 1, but also for groups such as couples, families’, or friends.  Affirm also delivers exclusive classes such as Pilates and health workshops to enhance fitness success.

The Affirm Story

Founded in 2017 by Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor Diana Trenerry, she met so many people frustrated with their struggle for fitness with high stress, low self-priority, and chronic disease risk.
The ethos of the Affirm Body Fitness is based on a strong belief that fitness and health are intimately related, and that the small regular habits, not just fitness training, have a big long-term effect on these, in either a positive or negative way.

Diana’s mission is to positively change the way we think about quality long-term health, employing science-based strategies so that our clients find their way eating and exercising better, to maximise their quality of life.

We are expert delivering precision fitness to just one, couples, family, or friend groups, and for small classes. You can choose your training style to suit your schedule, budget, just you or with others, and those especially important fitness and health goals.
