Founded in 2017 by Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor Diana Trenerry, she met so many people frustrated with their struggle for fitness with high stress, low self-priority, and chronic disease risk.
The ethos of the Affirm Body Fitness is based on a strong belief that fitness and health are intimately related, and that the small regular habits, not just fitness training, have a big long-term effect on these, in either a positive or negative way.
Diana’s mission is to positively change the way we think about quality long-term health, employing science-based strategies so that our clients find their way eating and exercising better, to maximise their quality of life.

Diana has been my coach for over 2 years. With her help I have been able to stabilize my lower back to allow me to play weekly tennis fixtures which was my first goal.
